Viibet Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

Viibet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Viibet and all of its members.

• Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing it with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
• A national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Viibet reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Completing KYC may be mandatory before withdrawals can be processed.

The following conditions must be met to use Viibet's services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming must be legal in your country or region.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You must not have a problem gambling history.

Viibet takes underage protection seriously. We may carry out age verification at any time and can suspend any account we deem suspicious immediately.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be blocked if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be delayed for review.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Viibet reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Viibet and are binding on all members equally.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match is called off.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, Viibet will review the case and make a final decision.
• Viibet reserves the right to void bets where odds contain an obvious error (Palpable Error).
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the data recorded on our server will be considered final.
• Bets placed on events involving match-fixing or any form of fraud will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Viibet platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Registering under a false identity.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members.

Viibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).
• At the member's own request.

You may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@viibet.app. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
